Nico sighed as she tried to wash the dried blood off of her arm. Every other girl in the bathroom was either giving her funny stares, or moving as far as they could from her. Don’t want to be close to the goth chick, she thought bitterly, scrubbing even harder at her skin.
It was almost funny- if they knew the real reason why she was bleeding all over the place, the bathroom would probably be empty. She hadn’t asked to be the daughter of two dark wizards or for a magical staff to emerge from her chest every time she got so much as a paper cut. All that meant was that she was probably going to die sometime soon and that the few shirts she had left had blood stains on them.
Nico grabbed a paper towel, wrapping it around the self inflicted wound that had just helped save her and Molly’s life. This entire situation freaking sucked.
