100_women's #68-fire, with apologies to robert frost.
They teach her to use magic first. She can't cast Cure to save hers or anyone else's life- something that amuses Cloud and Leon greatly, for whatever reason. She takes to Fire well enough though- Kairi doesn't even have to really think about it. She just wants the flames, wants the heat, and before she knows it, she's setting things on fire- Merlin's furniture, mostly, and a part of her would feel bad about that, if it weren't for Sora's encouraging smile and the nod that Riku gives her. It gives her warmth that has nothing to do with magic.
