She had spent so much time being afraid.

Well, not afraid. At first, she wasn't really aware to be scared- not when her heart was with Sora's. When they were separated though, she hadn't exactly been fearless- she was his damsel in distress- Riku's too. She had been scared then, but she feared that they wouldn't come home, that she would never see them again. That was unbearable. She was hers, and they were hers, and though she loved Selphie, Tidus, and Wakka., it wasn't the same.

She was done being scared. This time, she would fight, no matter what.

The drabble was pretty -- I liked the idea of her just being a damsel in distress to particular people.

I just wanted to say that Fear? Is possibly my all-time favorite song ever. Well, at least for the past two years, it has been =D

oh man, i love that song. i think sarah mclachlan is like 3rd on my list of artists that got me through middle school and high school, even though if i do fandom association, she goes with buffy. and now i'm taking too much, heh.
