spoilers for the third movie, obviously, and for
100_women's #62- death. i can't seriously believe i wrote this shit. i can't believe i foresee me writing for this. i didn't even like this movie. set after the last scene in the movie.
She takes him to her place after- he had admitted quietly that he didn't want to go to his, so she just nodded and took his hand. He's not Spiderman, like he's been even with her lately, just Peter, who is mourning the loss of his best friend.
It has to be hard, knowing that Harry is gone, just as Harry finally forgave him completely. She wants to tell him that it's better, that Harry didn't die hating him- that in the end, Harry loved him as much as she did. That they loved each other, in the end. She knows it won't be any help. So she undresses him slowly, and he doesn't say a word. He just lets her. He returns the favor, his hands shaking slightly. She wonders if he's let himself grieve.
She won't ask, not today. They just crawl into her bed, and he holds her tight. He trembles, but he doesn't cry.
